- Freeze-dried chili powder (Lemon Drop recommended)
- Olive oil
- Grated parmesan
Cut the garlic into slices and fry it together with half a teaspoon of freeze dried chili powder in olive oil, being careful not to burn the garlic.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti al dente. Once these are cooked, add them to the garlic and freeze dried chili along with a little spaghetti water and mix everything together well over high heat.
Add a little salt if desired and serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
