Description
Lemon drop is a medium spicy chili variety, fruity, with a strong citrus aroma. It smells of green lemons and also tastes reminiscent of them. The fruits are elongated, green at first, then become dark purple and only when ripe become beautiful bright yellow.
The hotness is medium, perfect for beginners and usually does not exceed 40,000-60,000 scovilles. So it is not in a very hot area and you can even put it in liqueurs, spicy vodka / spirits and sweets in addition to the classic use.
This sprinkle can be added to oils, marinades and sauces to enhance the flavor, thus adding flavor, spiciness and aroma. It can also be used to sprinkle raw or heat-treated meat, fish or. vegetarian / vegan dishes. Our sprinkles make every dish very, very tasty.

I like Lemon drop the most as I am a beginner at eating spicy foods. It is light, smells like lemons and the heat stops after about 5-10 minutes. It is also super light yellow and looks very nice on a plate.

I tried Lemon drop for the first time, as I’m not a fan of spicy foods and chilies, and lately I find that one dish doesn’t go by without the much stronger Red Habanero, who would have thought. It's a great thing, but you still use so little of it that the packaging lasts and lasts.
