We all know the famous burrito very well, which is often on the local menu in Slovenia as well. It is a dish that is practically ideal for seasoning with chili sprinkles. Let the flavors take you to distant places this time!


  • Tortillas
  • Chicken breast cut into strips
  • Bell peppers (red, yellow and green)
  • Canned red beans
  • Canned corn
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Freeze dried chili powder (Orange Habanero recommended)
  • Ground coriander seeds
  • Sour cream
  • Nacho cheese (optional)


In a hot pan, fry the chicken strips previously marinated in the oil mixture; half a teaspoon of freeze dried chili powder, half a teaspoon of ground coriander, salt and pepper in oil.

When the chicken is fried, add the red beans, corn, diced peppers and tomatoes, add a little salt, and fry everything together.

Heat the tortillas and place freshly sliced lettuce and a fried mixture of meat and vegetables on them. If desired, pour over the nacho cheese, add sour cream on top and sprinkle with a little more freeze dried chili to taste. Wrap everything tightly in a burrito, and serve whole or cut in half.
